Water, water, water.....

I have been doing all these things for quite awhile now.  Sure does help you feel better.  I put fresh lemon juice in my water in the morning.  Diet soda and I aren't as close of friends as we used to be....

yay for you! (i just drank some cool water after finishing my cups of coffee).

i also start my morning with some fresh berries AND at least a glass of water before i begin drinking coffee and reading blogs.

i finish (almost) every evening with fresh squeezed lemon juice with a spritz of water. then chased by lots more water. helps with digestion, too.

Soda? I tell my kids it's the Devil's urine. ;)
