yay for you! (i just drank some cool water after finishing my cups of coffee).i also start my morning with some fresh berries AND at least a glass of water before i begin drinking coffee and reading blogs.i finish (almost) every evening with fresh squeezed lemon juice with a spritz of water. then chased by lots more water. helps with digestion, too.
A good reminder. i never quite meet the goal on this, but know it is good.

I agree. Water is wonderful. Soda? I tell my kids it's the Devil's urine. ;)
