He's starting to get his color on his back.
This is Jeff Peay. He is our Park Planning manager. He walked up to look at Fred, and Fred flew over and made himself comfortable on Jeff's head. So cute.....

Oh my goodness - I didn't realize how teeny tiny Fred was until I saw him on Jeff's head! Assuming Jeff has a normal sized head. ;)
