How is everyone? Today I was sitting outside taking a break at work. I was sitting in the shade, with my feet up. No shoes, just letting my feet warm up in the sun, feeling the breeze on my skin. I wiggled my toes, and moved my feet around, encouraging the blood flow in my ankles. I put my head back against the wall and just listened. Okay, a lot of traffic noise, but I also heard the sound of the breeze through the leaves and it was soothing. I felt calm. Calmer than I've felt in a long time. The sun was warm, but the breeze was actually cool. It felt good. It was nice to feel good.

Glad you enjoyed that bit of relaxation. The sunshine does feel so good.
Oh yes. I little toe wiggling in the sunshine is a very good thing indeed! Just a little spirit lifting to get through the rest of the day. :)

I love this post because it reminds me to slow down and just enjoy being alive and feeling good. Sometimes I really need that reminder. Thank you! I hope you have a great week.

Sounds wonderful. We need more moments in life like that.
ah you are becoming a nature master - one who can find it even when the man made world tries to drown it out...

A deep breath, exhale. ahhhhh Feel better already. Love the flowers. Have a good day.
We all need those special times. Sending our love and good wishes.
I used to get in my car at lunch and just drive for the entire break..it was so nice to have that silence (no 1st graders calling my name) for a few minutes every day.
It was a beautiful day here, today...I don't think the AC ran one time, Roger worked in his shop with the doors open and was pretty good working temp. Days like this don't happen often enough in the summer.
