Once upon a time.....

There is a woman that I know really, really well.  Ok, well kinda, sometimes I wonder about her.  Anyway, she took her dog on a easy hike on Sunday afternoon.  She and her dog walked the trail for awhile, then she went down to the desert floor.  It was a lovely evening, warm  with a cool breeze.  She felt relaxed and she wandered around looking for things to take pictures of while her dog ran around, sniffing bushes, holes and running up and down hills.  She walked up a couple of hills that were very, very easy to look around.  After awhile, she and dog went home.  She sat on the couch, and stretched her legs and feet while her dog dozed next to her.  She wondered why her knee was so tight.  She finally took her medicine she takes every night and went to bed.  To bend her knee got more and more painful and weird feeling, a tightness she had never felt before.  Needless to say she had a terrible night, unable to sleep because of the pain.  Monday, she got up to go to work, but could hardly move.  She made herself go to work.  As the day wore on, her knee got worse and worse, her ankles swelled up.  That night she went to bed early, hoping she would get some sleep, but unfortunately couldn't.  At 2:00 a.m. she got up and went outside to sit to feel the cool air and hopefully relax enough to get some sleep.  She decided to close her eyes and just listen to the night.  So quiet, no birds, no insects, just frogs chirping.  Oh she heard a dog bark, and the breeze whispered through the leaves on the trees.  She heard car tires, going down the state highway.  So, so quiet.  Finally she rose from her rocking chair and headed back in the house to bed.  She still couldn't sleep.  Good grief!  By the time she went to work on Tuesday, she could hardly move.  She was so tired that every time she yawned tears rolled down her cheeks.  By afternoon her stomach was upset and hurting.  Good grief again!  When she got home she thought she would fall over from pain and fatigue.  At 8:00 p.m. she went to bed.  For the first time in days she slept like she was glued to the bed.  Dead gone.  Finally!  Her leg was a bit better today and she's not so tired although she will be in bed again soon.

Oh my gosh..I hope "she" is better today. Walking is supposed to be great exercise, not a pain inducing nightmare! Try soaking that knee in Epson salts.

I do consider all of the concepts you've presented to your post. They're геally convіncing anԁ
can certainly work. Still, thе рosts are νery short for noviсes.
Ϻay just you pleasе eхtend them a bit from subsеquent time?
Thаnks for thе pοst.
