This is the steeple on the chapel that I go to for church.
Dark skies between the trees. We've had some real fierce storms come through this week.
This plant (if I could remember what it's called) is shooting up purple spike flowers in my backyard.
These little flowers are real survivors. Dog, no water, my grass trimmer. They always come back.

i like those tough little yellow ones. i need some of those kinds. :)
The low green plant with purple spikes is liriope or monkey grass, I think.
Very pretty steeple and the skies in that 2nd photo are threatening. We had rain this week but thankfully, no storms.
Feel better soon.
I was gonna say Monkey grass too... that's what we call it...beautiful sky photo...love yellow flowers...
Those first two shots knocked my socks off, Susan! I hope you're feeling better. *hugs*
LOVE that sky between the trees shot...just love that look.
Fun images all of them.
Gotta love a plant that comes back no matter what you do. :) Beautiful sky behind the steeple.
