Day 3 - Wish I had good news, but I don't in the exercise department, although I did a lot of walking throughout our office building which is huge.  I tried to walk quickly so maybe I got a little exercise today.  My Dad had fluid drawn from his lung today, and between that weighing on me, and all the work I had to do today on the computer, well, let's just say...it wasn't the greatest day I've ever had.
