It is always amazing to me what can grow out of a rock and survive on only what nature gives it.  This is a creosote tree growing out of this rock ledge.
Have no idea what this is.  Some native plant (what some might call a weed) growing in the desert.

Been hot this past week, but this weekend it cooled down to the 80's.  Clouds coming and going.  I was fixing some food this morning and heard noise outside.  What the heck is that?  A solitary cloud decided to rain down on me.  Not enough to make much of a difference, but interesting.
Anyway....hope you are all doing well!

I'm tired of rain...I am so ready for summer to get here. These storms in spring have gotten so bad they just ruin the whole season for me. :( I love your red live in such a gorgeous place.

Your photos are really beautiful. We either get too much rain, or not enough. I guess it's that way everywhere.
