What can you do?

Been a tough week so far.  The temperature is 98 degrees.  My knees are swollen and hurt like heck, and my left hip keeps going out on me.  It is getting better, Working around the yard, and going up and downstairs at my daughters I think are taking it out on my knees.  But, I'm not going to stop.  I just need to heed the quote, "Don't let what you can't do, stop you from doing what you can do."  I may just have to be careful doing what I can do.  If that makes any sense.

Hi Susan, Such beautiful photos. I love the Vitex blooms. We used to have several of those but moved off and left them for the new owners. Last fall we ordered a new one....it's about 8 inches tall!!! (it has a long way to go!)
So very sorry about your knees and hip. I hope you can rest well tonight and feel better soon.

It makes perfect sense. The heat and humidity always makes my knees feel so stiff...there are times it is hard to go up and down stairs. Can you take ibuprofen/advil? I think the name brand actually helps me more than the generic.

YOur photos are all so beautiful....I love the one where you fell like you are walking through a tunnerl...I guess it is a tunnel of roses. And I Love that light fixture!

Your photos are lovely. I've been using aspercreme on my knees lately. It cuts down the achy some.

Such gorgeous pictures. You always have such pretty pictures to share... thank you.
Sorry about the aches and pains. Maybe a nice long soak with Epsom salts will help....

Smiles :)

Beautiful images! I love the blue. I'm sorry about your pain. I have been having problems with my knees and this on and off again rainy weather doesn't help, nor does the extreme heat. Take care of yourself and don't fall or get hurt!
