Red Hills Desert Garden

 My dear old Dad....

I went out with my Mom and Dad to dinner Friday night, then I took them for a drive to the Red Hills Desert Garden.  Mom was able to walk around a little, but Dad had to sit down and eventually went back to the car.  Dad is 92 and Mom is 93.  It was a warm, humid and beautiful evening.

what a beautiful place to take them, even if they couldn't wander too far. :)

Hi Susan, I know you all enjoyed your time together. Such pretty photos from the garden. This is a precious photo of your dad.

I love that they still love getting out...and that your mom is able to walk around some. And is that a cactus wren?

It's amazing that your mom was still able to walk around the garden. I bet you have excellent genes!

How much you three must have enjoyed the visit to the desert and garden, especially your parents in their 90s.
