Some wild pumpkins growing. I picked a couple for my table.
I guess I'm getting a little bored with desert pictures. Seems like it's always just more of the same. I definitely need to get out more, or really what I mean farther away. I don't know if it's because I'm lazy, or just trying to save on gas. Probably a little of both.

Susan I love that wild pumpkin! and how lovely it must look on your table! I always love your desert photos as they are so full of the rich colors that are different than anywhere else. Thank you also for your sweet encouragement in my blog post! Hope you do the gratitude journal. I am always aware of my blessings, but there is just something about writing them down that makes the NOW seem so precious. Hugs to you
I can't imagine living with this scenery every day. So pretty and I love the wild pumpkin.
WOW, gorgeous blue sky and colorful land...
Oh, but they are lovely images. We don't get to see that kind of country around here... thanks for sharing.
Love the wild pumpkin. Awesome. I love your pictures as always.
Oh Susan I never tire of desert photos since I have never seen the desert and probably never will they are beautiful everyone of them. Good score on the pumpkin. LOVE these. Hug B
Still love, and always will love seeing your pictures!
You live in such a pretty part of the state!
I'm headed your way in the next couple of weeks.
We girls are getting away for a weekend, and we are looking forward to sunshine, warmer temps, and flip-flop wearing :)
Enjoy your day, my friend.

They are never boring to us that don't live there!
I know I don't go as much as I used to simply because of the price of gas. I feel like I am just burning money for not good reason.
they may look the same to you, but since we NEVER see these colors, these textures, these plants, these views, we never tire of them! i marvel at them over and over. :)
My gosh, the colors are amazing! And I don't know why it never occurred to me that there are wild pumpkins. I've learned something this morning!
What a super first picture.
Greetings,
Filip

uhmm, youre nuts, but i know you know that already ;p
your photography of what you see never gets old - you have a good eye and recognize tht moment where you need to take a picture - thats a true photographer!
Well you should come visit Texas! Would give you a change in scenery, although I think you have some amazing scenery right where you are. I know I get bored taking shots of the same things, and am always on the lookout for a new place to go. Need a car with better gas mileage! LOL
