What is this world coming to anyway? No more twinkies? No more donettes? No more cupcakes, fruit pies and ho ho's? Ack!!!!!! Really? I'm telling ya, it's just NOT right! Is the sky falling?
My teenage son and I went out in search of Hostess products this afternoon...I actually haven't had any for years, but they are so iconic, I kind felt like I wanted to say goodbye. Walmart was almost completely sold out. We finally found 3 sad packages of twinkies and some of those yummy orange cup cakes at our local QT, so we enjoyed one last hurrah with the junk food of my youth tonight. The saddest part is all those people who are losing their jobs. I feel very bad for them.

I did not realize till now that those orange cupcakes were hostess...just never paid any attention. I snack on those often going to Lorelei's house.
