Award....

I am grateful to Jeanne at Butterfly Tales: Metamorphosis from the Cocoon for awarding me the The Versatile Blogger Award.  Part of receiving this I need to tell you 7 things about me you don't know.  This is gonna be hard, but here goes....

  1. I used to teach cooking lessons.
  2. I'm a Science Fiction geek.  I love Stargate Sg1, I love Star Trek, I love anything that has to do with space.
  3. I wish I could speak Klingon.  Then no one at work would know I'm calling them a dumb ass!
  4. I'm not much of a traveler, but my dream is to spend time in the Bahamas, white sand and blue, warm water.  A small beach house and time to just unwind and enjoy myself.
  5. As much as I love where I live, I would rather live by the beach in Southern California.
  6. I love, love, love Diet Coke.
  7. When I retire, I want to work at a Animal Shelter.
So there you go, 7 things you didn't or maybe you did, know about me.  Inspiring eh? :)

A fun post and congrats! I knew you loved the beach and Calif.; I did not know about Star Trek and your dream to work at an animal shelter. I would love to work with animals, also. Not sure how I would handle "sad" cases, though. Interesting to learn about your cooking classes, too. Hope you have enjoyed the weekend.
