Sunday morning...

This morning is gray, the skies are over laden with clouds.  It's 40 degrees outside, and I wish I had a hot bowl of soup with crackers on the side.  I had my oatmeal, and now I'm hungry again.  The kitten has been running and jumping, and acting like a whirlwind.  Running over me like I"m not even here.  Just something to jump off of.  I finally grabbed her and pleaded with her to settle down.  Good grief, it's more than I can take.  Poor Squeek, she's just minding her own business, sleeping on the back of the couch, and the kitten just won't leave her alone.  I gotta admit I'm pretty done with her right now.  I love her to death, but honestly, she is the biggest pain in the ass I've ever seen.  In the middle of the night she thinks she has to nurse off of my ear, or my clothes.  Purring loud enough to wake the dead.  It doesn't matter how many times I put her off, she comes right back, absolutely no hesitation.  I finally have to pick her up, put her outside my bedroom door and close it, so Squeek and I can actually have a peaceful nights sleep.  I am afraid to put up my Christmas tree.  It won't be safe at all.  I will have to close all the doors to keep her away from it.  Aggghhhh!!!!!!
