Beautiful evening....

I was sitting outside watching lightening in the south and southwest.  The sky is leaden with clouds.  There a gentle breeze, and I could hear crickets chirping.  I could also hear coyotes.  Yipping and howling.  I haven't heard them all summer, and now, well maybe it's getting cold up in the hills and they have come down for warmth.  Then all of sudden it started raining.  A gentle rain.  Something we've needed for awhile now.  It's definitely a beautiful evening....
