I came home and walked to the mailbox! Yay! Then I made a pasta salad with lots of olives - love them - and cheese and artichoke hearts. Made a dressing for it out of olive oil and seasonings and now it's sitting in the fridge to marinate. Lunch all week. Wish I had some feta cheese and cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes to put in it, but I don't so....oh well.
